Metal nameplate is widely used for Machinery, household appliances, electronic products, bike, car, furniture, gift box, sport equipment, Lift ,wine bottle, Automobile, computer, audio and so many other products.
We have so many materials for customer’s selection such as aluminum, stainless steel, Zinc alloy, brass, copper, iron, nickel, Tin etc. And any shapes and colors can be customized.
The main processes for making metal nameplate:
1. Draft design: Customer can send the custom design drawing or we will make a draft design and send to customer for approval.
2. Embossing: If the custom logo&text need be embossed, we need make a mould to do the embossing.
3. Sandblasting: The sandblasting finish on the surface of the nameplate would be made via sandblasting machine.
4. Brushing: The brushing finish on the surface of the nameplate would be made via brushing machine
5. Diamond cutting: This process is always used for aluminum nameplate with the silver logo glossy embossed and veins via diamond cutting machine.
6. Printing: Silk screen printing according to design artwork.
7. QC checking: 100% checking by QC before shipping.
8. Packing: Usually, our products are packed with PP bag firstly, and then in carton.
